TOP Concessions

Whip’d Up is owned and operated by TOP Concessions, LLP, a family-run fair concessions company proudly serving customers since 2002. We first added Pineapple Whip to our menu in 2004 and spent years sharing it with fairgoers at the North Dakota State Fair.

In 2025, we expanded and took Whip’d Up on the road—literally! Today, our classic pineapple remains the star of the show, served expertly crafted in a cup or waffle cone. We’ve added a rotating lineup of flavors, including mango, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and peach, plus our award-winning Sunset Swirl, a fan favorite that’s as stunning as it is delicious. We’re always creating and adding new treats, so there’s always something fresh to discover and a reason to keep coming back for more.
